Business Development & Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads and identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads through engaging conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and buying intentions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead information, activities, and follow-up tasks.
  • Conduct research on target industries, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including lead generation targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
